Marbella, November 12th, 2021: On the last October 30th, the Global Gift Foundation held the 10th Global Gift Gala in Paris. On this occasion, the international real estate platform Pacaso®, which helps people to buy and be co-owners of luxury second homes in markets such as Aspen, Miami, Los Angeles or Marbella, has signed an agreement of collaboration with the Global Gift Foundation by means of which a Global Partnership association is created.

Pacaso® is modernizing the old decades practice co-ownership by creating a market that makes it easy to buy, own and sell a second luxury home. From selecting the best homes in the major second home markets to offering financing and integrated sales from ⅛ to ½ property, luxury interior design and professional property management, Pacaso® provides to the homeowners all the benefits of having a second home with less hassle. After the purchase, Pacaso® manages the home on an ongoing basis and supports a frictionless resale process in partnership with a licensed real estate professional. Pacaso® was co-founded by former Zillow executives Austin Allison and Spencer Rascoff.

Cause Marketing

Pacaso®‘s commitment to the work of the Global Gift Foundation crosses borders and provides its support and shelter as always in favor of those who need it most.

Cause marketing is defined as a type of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in which a company’s promotional campaign has the dual purpose of increasing profitability and improving society. Without the invaluable support of these sponsors, the Global Gift Galas would not be possible.

The union of forces that began with the Paris Gala will continue over the time, making this merger improve the lives of hundreds of children, not only those of the Global Gift Foundation, but also those of the beneficiary organizations of its events, promoting the corporate social responsibility of Pacaso®.

Razor Suleman, President of Pacaso® Global has declared that he wants, together with Global Gift Foundation, to build homes for those people with limited resources, so they can get access to decent housing as a fight against poverty, marginalization and social exclusion.

María Bravo, founder of Global Gift Foundation, stated: “We are excited about this new project and very grateful to Pacaso® for its way of spinning luxury and solidarity. The signing of this agreement is only the beginning of a union that will bring benefits and will help many people to escape from marginalization and social exclusion”.
