The General Data Protection Regulation defines personal data as any information about an identified or identifiable natural person, that is, any information capable of identifying a person. This would not include anonymous data or percentage data.

The personal data that may be directly collected from the interested party will be treated confidentially and will be incorporated into the corresponding treatment activities, owned by Fundación G. Gift.

On our website, we may process certain types of personal data, which may include:

Commercial communications: you will only receive communications if

  • You requested information or contracted a product or service with us.
  • If you provided us with your data, accepting the enabled checkbox in our form.
  • As long as you have not expressed your desire to stop receiving such communications.

Fundación G. Gift does not authorize individuals under the age of 14 to provide their personal data through the means enabled on this website (filling out web forms for service requests, contact, or by sending emails). Therefore, individuals who provide personal data using these means formally declare they are over 14 years old, thereby exonerating Fundación G. Gift from any responsibility for non-compliance with this requirement. If your child, under the age limit set, has provided personal information to Fundación G. Gift, please contact us to request the exercise of their applicable rights.

In those cases where the services offered by Fundación G. Gift are intended for minors under 14 years old, the means to obtain the authorization of parents or legal guardians of the minor will be enabled.

How to exercise these rights? Users may send a communication to the registered office of Fundación G. We will request specific information to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or exercise any of the other rights mentioned above). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to anyone who has no right to receive it.

All requests will be resolved within the legal period indicated of one month. However, it may take us more than a month if your request is particularly complex. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

It is possible that, in the performance of our work, we need the assistance of third parties, who will only process the data to provide the contracted service, and with whom we have the appropriate measures to guarantee your rights:
